The Yoga and Pilates Bolster are designed to provide firm and even support during your Yoga and Pilates practise. The bolsters are filled with spelt hull and due to a zipper, you can take the filling off according to your personal preference. They are comfortable and resistant - perfect to give you the right support during your Yoga and Pilates exercises.

The bolsters can be recommended for everyone in relaxing and stretching positions, but can be especially helpful for Yoga during pregnancy (prenatal yoga). Practising prenatal Yoga with the support of a bolster is the ideal way to keep women in shape during their pregnancy. It helps to stay flexible, improves balance and blood circulation etc. Apart from the fact that prenatal Yoga helps to prepare physically and mentally for giving birth, it also creates a fantastic connection between mother and child.

To protect even better your joints and body during the practice of prenatal yoga or Pilates, it’s very important to use a thicker mat like our Yoga & Pilates Ganges Mat, with 6 mm thickness.

Our Bolsters are a high quality product made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton that is long-lasting. The inner and outer cover are with a zipper and 100% cotton. The outer cover is machine washable at max. 40°C.
