The ECO Yoga Bolster is made of organic cotton grown organically and under controlled conditions. The same goes for the spelt hulls that make the filling.

The yoga bolster is normally used for Pilates and softer yoga styles like yin yoga, restorative yoga and most of all yoga for pregnant women. Due to the ergonomic shape, the eco yoga bolster can be used for chest-opening poses and back stretching.
It has a very practical handle that makes it easier to carry.

It is in our hands to protect the earth, the air, the water and life on this planet. All the materials of the ECO Yoga Bolster and of our ECO selection are produced naturally without the use of toxic chemicals.

Care Instructions: The cover can be machine washed at 30º.

To protect even better your joints during yoga for pregnancy or Pilates, it is important to use and extra cushioned mat like our Yoga and Pilates Ganges Mat with 6 mm thickness. We also recommend another good idea: the Yoga Blanket as soft shock absorbent for your body.

If you already bought your Yoga Bolster in YogaYe (the one made of conventional cotton) don’t worry: the colours burgundy, green and aubergine have the exact same tone and you won’t see a difference if you were to mix them together.
And if you are looking for a bolster in other colours, we have it! Take a look at our Yoga and Pilates Bolster (made of conventional cotton).
